The Role
We are looking for a reliable, skilled plumber to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to broaden their experience in a supportive environment. You’ll work on a varied mix of jobs, have access to overtime, and start on a sub-contract basis with a clear pathway to a full-time employed position as the business continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- 1st and 2nd fix plumbing
- Install, repair and maintain hot and cold water systems
- Service, install and repair gas appliances
- Carry out water hygiene tasks including Legionella risk assessments, sampling, temperature monitoring, tank inspections, flushing and disinfection
- Install, repair and maintain drainage systems
- Provide excellent customer service on every job
- Work safely and professionally on both commercial and domestic sites
Requirements (Essential)
- Full UK driving licence
- Minimum Level 2 Plumbing qualification or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience working in both commercial and domestic properties
- Gas Safe registration
- G3 Unvented Hot Water Systems qualification
- Water hygiene / Legionella Operative experience or training
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and solve problems on site
- Positive, proactive and reliable approach
- Excellent attention to detail
- Professional and trustworthy attitude
