Full job description

EverythingPadel is one of the UK's fastest growing padel retailers. We ship 1,800+ orders a month and our YouTube channel has over 100,000 subscribers. The sport is exploding in the UK and we're right at the front of it.

We're a small team working out of our unit in Maldon.

The role

You'll be the person who gets our afternoon orders out the door.

Picking and packing customer orders accurately and quickly
Getting parcels ready for the daily courier collection
Keeping the warehouse and store tidy, stocked and organised
Helping the wider team with whatever's needed on the day

What we're looking for

A good attitude
Reliable and on time, every day
Happy to get your head down and work through a list without being chased
A team player who helps others out when they're under it
Accurate, because a mispicked order costs us a customer

No previous experience needed. We'll train you on everything. If you can work carefully and turn up when you say you will, we can teach you the rest.

£10 per hour, paid monthly
