Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and personable Luxury Clinic Front of House Client Experience coordinatorto oversee the day-to-day operations of our high-end clinic.

We are looking for an exceptional Front of House & Client Experience Manager to become the face of our luxury aesthetics and wellness clinic.

Schedule: 3 days per week onsite + flexible work-from-home hours as required

Shift pattern includes:

3 days on / 3 days off
3 days on / 5 days off

This is not a standard FOH role. We are seeking someone naturally hospitality-driven, highly organised, fast-paced, and passionate about creating an outstanding client journey from first contact through to treatment aftercare..

This role is a self managed role to some degree and has high level ownership over several aspects of the business.

This pivotal role involves delivering exceptional client service, managing administrative functions, and supervising team members to ensure a seamless and luxurious experience for all visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational and communication skills, with a passion for providing outstanding client care within a sophisticated environment. Hospitality experience is essential.

You will thrive in this role if you:

Have a background in luxury hospitality, premium customer service, beauty, wellness, or aesthetics
Love people, client care, and creating memorable experiences
Stay calm and composed in busy, high-pressure environments
Take ownership, solve problems quickly, and think proactively
Work efficiently at speed whilst maintaining exceptional attention to detail
Are confident using technology, systems, booking software, and digital communication
Have a genuine interest in health, wellness, aesthetics, and healthy living
Want long-term progression into clinic management and leadership

Ideal Experience:

Hospitality or luxury customer service experience essential
Beauty Level 3 qualification preferred
Microneedling experience advantageous
Previous aesthetics or clinic experience desirable but not essential for the right person

The Role Includes:

Managing front of house and delivering a luxury client experience
Handling bookings, consultations, enquiries, and diary management Supporting smooth daily clinic operations
Client communication and aftercare coordination
Assisting with clinic organisation, standards, and team support
Some flexible work-from-home administrative responsibilities

Pay: £20,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
