Mobilisation Manager (CQC Registered)

Location: Office based – Letchworth Garden City (with travel across London & Home Counties as required)
Hours: Full Time | 40 hours per week
Salary: £40,000-£45,000 DOE | 29 days annual leave (incl. Bank Holidays + birthday off)

Abacus Care & Support is a growing Supported Living provider, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, and complex needs to live fulfilling, independent lives.

We’re looking for a confident and proactive Mobilisation Manager to lead the successful setup and delivery of new care packages and supported living services.

What you’ll do:

You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end mobilisation process, ensuring safe, compliant and person-centred transitions for People We Support. Working collaboratively across teams and with external partners, you’ll drive the successful launch and embedding of new services.

Key responsibilities:

Lead and project manage the mobilisation of new services from referral through to go-live and stabilisation
Complete and oversee referral assessments with commissioners, local authorities and stakeholders
Coordinate multi-agency teams to ensure smooth, well-planned transitions
Ensure properties are ready, safe and appropriately adapted to meet individual needs
Work closely with HR, Operations and Training to ensure staffing, onboarding and service readiness
Monitor mobilisation timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies
Oversee care package design to ensure it is person-centred and tailored to complex needs
Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding practices and organisational policies
Conduct service readiness checks, audits and quality assurance prior to launch
Build strong relationships with internal teams, families, housing providers and external partners
Provide regular updates and reporting to senior leadership

What we’re looking for:

Must be CQC Registered
Experience mobilising services or managing transitions in Supported Living or adult social care
Strong project management and organisational skills
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and person-centred care
Proven ability to lead, coordinate and deliver high-quality outcomes
Proactive, resilient and driven to improve and develop services
