Catering Manager - East Kilbride

37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday role!

£35,000 per annum

Are you a natural leader with a passion for food and a head for kitchen management? We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Catering Manager to lead our kitchen team and deliver exceptional food and service every day.

As Catering Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind both the kitchen operations and the food offering. You’ll be hands-on in the kitchen, leading by example while also managing all aspects of food production, kitchen standards, team development, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Lead and support a small kitchen team
Plan and deliver high-quality menus using fresh ingredients
Manage food safety, hygiene, and health & safety compliance
Handle stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
Manage budgets, costs, and wastage efficiently
Maintain excellent client and customer relationships

Our ideal candidate:

Previous experience in a Catering Manager role
Strong cooking skills and a passion for quality food
Experience managing a kitchen team
Good understanding of kitchen financials and controls
Excellent communication and leadership skills
