Job Summary

Join our vibrant team as a Barista and become the heart of our welcoming coffeehouse environment! In this energetic role, you will craft delicious beverages, serve customers with enthusiasm, and create memorable experiences that keep guests coming back. Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and ensure prompt service to enhance their experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food safety standards and sanitation protocols
Handle cash register operations, process payments accurately, and provide correct change
Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling snacks or light menu items as needed
Monitor inventory levels of supplies and ingredients, notifying management when restocking is required
Uphold food safety regulations at all times to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests

Skills

Prior experience as a Barista or in serving roles is highly preferred to ensure confidence in beverage preparation and customer interaction
Strong understanding of food safety practices to maintain hygiene standards
Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently without compromising quality
Basic math skills for cash handling, measuring ingredients, and managing transactions accurately
Ability to multitask effectively in a lively environment while maintaining attention to detail
Good communication skills to engage positively with customers and team members
Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus for assisting with light kitchen duties
