Full job description

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and friendly Front of House Café Team Members to join our busy café in the heart of the Barras, Glasgow.

This is a customer-facing role where you’ll be serving customers, preparing café food and drinks, and helping to create a welcoming atmosphere for everyone who visits.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide friendly and professional customer service.

Take customer orders and process payments accurately.

Prepare and serve café food, drinks, and snacks to a high standard.

Keep the café clean, tidy, and well-presented throughout the day.

Restock displays and monitor stock levels.

Follow all food hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness standards.

Work as part of a team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Assist with opening and closing duties when required.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a café, hospitality, or customer service role is preferred but not essential.

A friendly, positive, and approachable attitude.

Confidence in speaking to customers and providing excellent service.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

A reliable, hardworking, and flexible approach.

Willingness to work weekends and during busy periods.
