Job Description

Join the team keeping M&S stocked this summer

We’re growing our warehouse team in Lenziemill, Cumbernauld, and looking for hardworking Warehouse Operatives to support our busy M&S operation.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced chilled warehouse environment where you’ll play an important part in keeping products moving safely and efficiently through the supply chain.

Shift & Pay Details

16, 24 or 40 hours per week
40 - Any 5 from 7 rotating pattern / 24 - Fri, Sat, Sun / 16 - Fri, Sat or Sat, Sun
09:30-18:00
£13.3759 per hour increasing to £13.6120 after 6 months
Overtime and unsocial/weekend premiums - up to £18.0575 per hour / £18.3762 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing

Loading and unloading vehicles
Picking and scanning stock using voice technology
Moving goods through the warehouse from intake to dispatch
Working safely and efficiently in a chilled warehouse environment
Following health & safety procedures at all times
Maintaining accuracy and productivity standards
Working as part of a busy warehouse team

Full PPE is provided.

What We’re Looking For

Previous warehouse experience is preferred, ideally within a fast-paced or chilled environment, although full training will be provided.

We’re looking for people who are:

Reliable and hardworking
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Team focused with a positive attitude
Able to work accurately and safely
