Block Management UK Ltd is a privately owned independent company that has managed a wide portfolio of properties since 2004.

Our combined knowledge and expertise covers advice on service charge structure and management, budgeting, contractor procurement, health & safety, accountancy, and property maintenance services. We are a one-stop shop covering all aspects of block and estate management.

The Candidate

We are looking for a Property Maintenance Assistant / Trainee Property Manager to join our expanding Property Management/Maintenance department.

The candidate must be self-motivated, reliable, able to work in fast-paced and sometimes high pressure environments, someone who loves working with creative businesses.

The Position

Property Maintenance Administrator

Experience

At this time, we are ideally looking for someone who can hit the ground running. You will have some experience in a customer service role, ideally in the maintenance and or property sector.

The successful candidate functions will include but are not limited to the below:

Dealing with contractors and customers
Booking maintenance jobs
Chasing maintenance jobs/quotes
Assisting the team with various tasks
Communicating with contractors and customers through emails and phone calls and our online portal
Providing support to the Property management team on a day-to-day basis.

This role can in time develop into becoming a fully qualified ATPI to MTPI to MTPI AssocRICS Property Manager, which comes with salary increase etc.

Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:00
37.5 hours per week
1 hour lunch break
20 days holiday plus bank holidays
Salary minimum wage and upwards depending on experience
