Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telesales Representative to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging potential clients through outbound calls, promoting our products and services, and building strong customer relationships. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales, customer service, and effective communication to develop their careers within a professional environment.

Duties

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities
Present and promote products or services in a compelling manner tailored to client needs
Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently while maintaining professionalism
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities using organisational tools
Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and foster ongoing relationships
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching targets
Manage time effectively to maximise productivity during working hours
Utilise IT systems to track calls, update customer information, and generate reports
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales or telesales roles is preferred
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Demonstrated time management skills to meet sales targets within designated schedules
Valid driving licence is advantageous for roles requiring travel or client visits
Customer service orientation with a professional demeanour at all times

This position is ideal for individuals who are proactive, organised, and eager to excel in a sales environment. We value effective communicators who can build rapport quickly and drive results through strategic negotiation.

Pay: From £27,000.00 per year
