Overview

We make the jackpots, but we also need to hit it ourselves with the perfect candidate!

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Advertising & Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth on our competition & lottery website. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic marketing campaigns, managing projects, and analysing market trends to optimise our outreach efforts. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your leadership, organisational, and analytical skills within a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and proficiency with Marketing tools primarily through social media is essential.

Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
Host & Manage social media lives, which may include live jackpot wins and competitions.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are optimised.
Lead and coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and B2B platforms.
Analyse market data and campaign performance metrics to inform future strategies and optimise results.
Oversee the creation of engaging content for marketing materials, presentations, and social media platforms using digital media platforms and other tools.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Manage budgets effectively while maintaining high-quality standards for all marketing initiatives.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment focused on innovation - you’ll be the first on our team, so we need you to set the bar high!

Experience

Proven experience in marketing management, preferably within B2C environments.
Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex campaigns on time.
Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and organisation purposes.
Demonstrable leadership capabilities with experience managing teams or cross-functional projects.
Solid understanding of marketing principles, digital channels, IT systems, and communication strategies.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
Fluency in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
