Full job description

Project Coordinator

Location: Sunderland (Office-Based)

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing business within the Renewables and Construction sector, for an Office Administrator / Project Coordinator to join their team.

This is a varied role that will support the day-to-day delivery of projects and ensure smooth operational performance across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing subcontractor records and compliance documentation
Coordinating onboarding processes and contracts
Maintaining project schedules, trackers, and spreadsheets
Liaising with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Collecting and managing project documentation
Providing general administrative and project support

The successful candidate will have previous administration or project coordination experience, excellent organisational skills, and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Experience within the Renewables, ECO, Retrofit, or Construction sectors would be advantageous but is not essential.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation and play a key role in supporting project delivery and operational success.
