About Us

CLS Security Services Ltd is a professional security firm based in Stoke-on-Trent. We specialize in high-standard security for nightclubs, local festivals, and community events. We are looking for sharp, reliable SIA licensed staff to join our team for a busy upcoming schedule of events and door work.

The Role

We are recruiting for a variety of roles across Stoke-on-Trent and the surrounding areas. Whether you prefer the fast pace of a nightclub door or the environment of an outdoor festival, we have shifts available.

Work Environments Include:

Venues: Professional door supervision for nightclubs and bars in Stoke and surrounding towns.

Festivals: Crowd management and security for summer festivals and public events.

Events: Supporting local community gatherings and sporting fixtures.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing a professional and friendly first point of contact for the public.

Managing entry points, including ID checks and bag searches.

Monitoring crowd safety and de-escalating conflicts calmly.

Working as part of a coordinated, radio-linked team.

Reporting to the Shift Supervisor and maintaining high standards of discipline.

Requirements:

Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (Frontline).

Based in or able to travel to Stoke-on-Trent and surrounding areas.

Must be available for weekend and late-night shifts.

Excellent communication skills and a "customer-first" attitude.

Reliability: We operate a zero-tolerance policy for no-shows. We need professionals who take their shifts seriously.
