*ABOUT THE ROLE*

We are seeking reliable, professional, and observant *Security Team Members* to join our busy operations team supporting a high-profile, high-energy visitor attraction in the Stoke-on-Trent area.

Whether you are looking to fit work around your current schedule or want consistent opportunities within premier leisure and entertainment environments, this role offers a dynamic setting where no two shifts are the same. You will play a crucial part in ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming atmosphere for thousands of daily guests.

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*

*Guest Safety & Assistance:* Provide a visible, reassuring security presence across high-traffic public areas, queue lines, and event zones.
*Access Control:* Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and manage visitor flow smoothly and efficiently.
*Site Patrols:* Conduct regular security checks, routine patrols, and hazard reporting across the venue grounds.
*Incident Response:* Handle situations professionally and calmly, working closely with on-site supervisors and management teams to resolve issues promptly.
*Customer Service Excellence:* Act as an ambassador for the site by answering visitor inquiries and assisting families and guests whenever needed.
