B2B Appointment Setter – Office Based

Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000 per year + performance incentives
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

Koru Technologies is looking for a confident and motivated B2B Appointment Setter to join our office-based sales team in Stoke-on-Trent.

This is a fully office-based role and is not remote or hybrid.

Your main responsibility will be speaking with businesses across the UK, identifying potential opportunities and booking qualified appointments for our sales team.

This is a high-volume outbound cold-calling role, so you must be comfortable spending the majority of your working day on the telephone.

What you'll be doing

Making 120+ outbound calls per day
Cold calling businesses from targeted prospect data
Speaking with business owners, directors and other decision-makers
Identifying businesses that may be reviewing their telecoms, broadband or communications services
Asking relevant qualifying questions
Booking qualified appointments for the sales team
Following up prospects where appropriate
Accurately recording activity and appointments within our CRM
Working towards daily and weekly call and appointment targets

What we're looking for

Confident and professional telephone manner
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound cold calls
Strong communication skills
Resilient and comfortable handling rejection
Motivated by targets and results
Reliable and punctual
Able to work effectively in a busy office environment
Previous appointment-setting, telemarketing, telesales or B2B sales experience is preferred

Previous telecoms experience is useful but not essential, as full training will be provided.
