We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager – Finance & Assurance to join a centrally based University of Oxford department on an initial 8-week temporary contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with strong budgeting, reporting and compliance experience to support a high-profile international programme.

Key Responsibilities

Review financial reports and monitor project budgets.
Prepare financial reports and funding templates.
Analyse Oracle expenditure and process journals.
Maintain financial trackers and reporting tools.
Support budget adjustments and financial administration.
Take committee minutes and provide project support.

About You

You'll have:

Experience managing finance, assurance and compliance within complex projects or programmes.
Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting skills.
Advanced Excel skills and experience using financial systems such as Oracle.
Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
The ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and accurately.
