Are you looking for the opportunity to run your own pub business with the support of an established pub company? The William IV in Alrewas presents an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and community-focused operator to take on a charming village pub with significant potential for growth.

The William IV is a traditional single-room pub featuring a raised seating area and a cosy open fire, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for customers to enjoy a drink or home-cooked meal.

Located in the picturesque village of Alrewas, close to the National Memorial Arboretum and the canal network, the pub benefits from a strong community spirit, regular village events, and tourism opportunities.

The business is currently taking approximately £8,500 in weekly sales and operates as a predominantly wet-led pub, with a 90% wet and 10% food sales split. This provides a solid foundation for an incoming operator, with excellent scope to further develop the food offer and drive additional revenue.
