BMAS Showroom Assistant - Hitchin

We have an exciting opportunity to work for Bathing Mobility Advisory Service (BMAS), an established and growing, family founded company as their Showroom Assistant.

In an environment where your days are going to be busy and fulfilling, working within a showroom to ensure the smooth operation of the sales team, sub-contractors, customers and suppliers.

Can you work autonomously whilst ensuring the strategic day to day stuff gets done on time? Would you also like to be rewarded for all the hard work you put in? If so, read on!

Your duties will include.

· Scheduling for the sales and installation teams, from appointments and bathroom installations to annual leave and cover.

· Liaising with customers, from the first point of contact and establishing their needs, to post installation satisfaction.

· Organisation for all showroom reporting. Smartsheet and Microsoft skills are advantageous.

· Keeping up to date with contracts and compliance for our clients and sub-contractors

· Vigorous stock control, including cost and quoting prices for P&L, placing customer orders with suppliers, handling returns or exchanges, inventory management, stock takes, shrinkage.

· Validating quotes for customers.

· Ensuring the showrooms finances are up to date, providing daily, weekly and monthly performance updates.

· Meeting with existing and potential new suppliers

· Maintaining Health & Safety and security compliance, communicated and evidenced.

· Processes, policies and procedures are adhered to, communicated and evidenced.

· Recruitment onboarding and training support.

· Handling calls and emails for the showroom.

· Ensuring the Showroom presentation is of a premium standard at all times

· Working closely with the Branch Sales Manager to ensure the success of the business.

· Working closely with the business management on strategy and vision.

Pay: £25,000.00 per year
