Overview
Join our hospitality team as a Food and Beverage Server, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. In this role, you will serve food and beverages with precision and warmth, ensuring every guest feels valued and satisfied. Previous experience in customer service, and food handling will be essential in delivering exceptional service that exceeds expectations.

Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables with a friendly demeanor
Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary needs are accommodated
Serve meals and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
Manage table settings, cleanliness, and timely clearing to uphold high standards of hospitality
Provide attentive customer service throughout the dining experience, addressing questions or concerns promptly

Requirements

Proven experience in food service
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional appearance
Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and food safety regulations
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service hours
