What is the purpose of the Facilities Assistant?

This exciting role is based at our Salford office and is part of the Property Team. The Property Department manage all aspects of the NSPCC's properties, ensuring offices have high standards of facilities, are properly maintained and comply to legal requirements.

What will I be doing as a Facilities Assistant?

This post will:

be the first point of contact for visitors, staff and volunteers to our Salford office
will ensure that visitors, staff and volunteers are greeted with a warm and efficient welcome
will also provide administrative support to key stakeholders.

What skills do I need to be a Facilities Assistant?

The successful candidate will have:

excellent interpersonal and communication skills
the ability to prioritise and organise their own workload effectively
have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
