Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Finisher to join our workshop team. The successful candidate will be responsible spraying, finishing all of our handmade furniture , ensuring high-quality standards and a professional finish.

Duties

Prepare and Spray furniture with Sayerlack water bourne lacquer
Be able to use stains and oils
Organise the work load in the spray booth
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain quality standards
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements

Proven experience in Spraying and finishing furniture.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
Ability to read technical drawings and specifications accurately
Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Physical fitness to perform manual labour over extended periods
Relevant certifications or licences are advantageous but not essential
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills within the workshop enviroment
This role is ideal for motivated individuals seeking a hands-on position where craftsmanship and attention to detail are valued. All positions are paid accordingly.

Pay: £24,420.00-£38,671.00 per year
