Responsibilities

Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail
Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace following health and safety standards to ensure guest safety and comfort
Engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend suitable treatments, and upsell additional services or retail products
Manage appointment scheduling efficiently at the front desk, ensuring smooth flow of client bookings and walk-ins
Assist with social media management by sharing creative nail designs and promotions to attract new clients
Provide excellent customer service by creating a friendly, relaxing environment that encourages repeat visits
Collaborate with team members to support overall salon operations, including managing guest services and supporting other beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions or makeup application when needed

Skills

Strong communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members
Experience in management or leadership roles within a salon or spa setting is a plus
Proficiency in social media management to promote services and showcase your work creatively
Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
Knowledge of eyelash extensions, deep tissue massage, makeup application, barbering, or other beauty treatments is advantageous
Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining genuine guest relationships
Excellent multitasking abilities to handle front desk duties alongside providing high-quality nail care
