Lakeside Special Products Limited has been successfully trading for over 37 years, and are looking to strengthen the Sales Team of our sister Company STARR TATTOO SUPPLIES, a market leader in this specialised field.

Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Internal Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be the key driver of customer engagement and sales growth by providing exceptional service and expert advice to our clients. Your proactive approach will help strengthen relationships, identify new opportunities, and contribute to our ongoing success. In this role you will be working closely with the Director to engage with, and onboard new clients, which will involve BD via telephone and email.

Duties

Engage with existing and potential clients through phone calls and emails, to promote our products and services.
Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to secure profitable sales agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Manage B2B (business-to-business) sales processes from initial contact through to closing deals.
Provide outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up tasks using IT systems.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for reaching targets and expanding market presence.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills to clearly convey product benefits and negotiate effectively.

Requirements

Proven experience in negotiation, B2B sales and customer service roles.
Professional and confident telephone manner.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Good IT literacy with proficiency in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems and MS Office tools - experience with Sage Accounts and Shopify Ecommerce an advantage.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and internal teams alike.
A proactive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
