Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team on a self-employed, commission only-based basis. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive negotiation style, and the ability to manage their time effectively. This position offers flexible working arrangements and the opportunity to earn based on your efforts and success in securing new clients.

Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business leads through research, networking, and outreach activities.
Develop customised proposals and pitches tailored to prospective clients’ needs.
Negotiate terms and close deals to secure new partnerships or sales agreements.
Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products or services to potential clients.
Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and outcomes using organisational tools.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales, customer service, or business development roles.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Valid driving licence with reliable transportation for client meetings and networking events.
Proficiency in IT tools such as CRM software, email platforms, and MS Office applications.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
Effective time management skills to optimise productivity independently.
Ability to work autonomously as a self-employed professional with a proactive approach to achieving targets.

Pay: £25,420.00-£54,119.61 per year
