Aftersales Warranty Administrator | Full Time | Permanent

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Warranty Support Administrator to join our busy Aftersales team.

This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in the motor trade, automotive administration, warranty processing, or insurance/claims administration who enjoys working in a structured, process-driven environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting warranty claim processes, ensuring manufacturer requirements are met, and providing valuable administrative support to the wider Aftersales department.

Key Responsibilities

Support the processing of warranty claims in line with manufacturer guidelines
Ensure all claims are submitted accurately with the correct documentation, labour times, and supporting evidence
Review repair orders and identify discrepancies or missing information
Liaise with Technicians and Service Advisors to ensure accurate diagnosis and supporting documentation
Monitor outstanding warranty submissions and follow up where required
Assist with managing and resubmitting rejected claims
Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting requirements
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Aftersales team
Ensure compliance with manufacturer policies and internal procedures

Skills & Experience Required

Previous administration experience within the motor trade, automotive aftersales, warranty administration, insurance claims, or a similar environment
Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Confident communication and interpersonal skills
IT literate, including Microsoft Office and internal systems
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Desirable Experience

Experience working within a dealership or automotive environment
Knowledge of manufacturer warranty processes
Experience handling claims, compliance, or invoice checking
