The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority (“the Authority”) regulates firms engaged in financial activities, including insurance, pensions, banking, investments, fiduciary services and fund administration. The Authority is also responsible for oversight of anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT) compliance for those involved in the financial sector as well as a range of other Designated Businesses and has oversight of compliance with the Beneficial Ownership Act 2017.

PEOPLE AND ORGANISATIONAL CHANGE LEAD PEOPLE & CULTURE DIVISION (18-24 MONTHS)

An exciting and dynamic opportunity has arisen at the Authority for the role of People and Organisational Change Lead in the People & Culture Division. The candidate will have responsibility for driving organisational culture, capability and change across the Authority.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR, organisational development or change management roles and have proven experience of leading and delivering change or culture initiatives in an organisational setting. Experience of designing and delivering training or workshops would be desirable. The successful candidate will hold a relevant professional qualification (CIPD or equivalent).
