Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front of House Receptionist to join our clinic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth administrative operations. This paid position offers an opportunity to develop organisational and clerical skills within a dynamic luxury environment. The role requires a proactive individual with strong communication abilities and proficiency in various office software.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
Answer incoming calls promptly, using proper phone etiquette
Manage appointment scheduling and practioners diaries
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and following up leads
Maintain accurate records through data entry and filing systems
Assist with administrative tasks and reporting
Support the team with organisational tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
Perform general Front of House duties, as well as working in a team

Qualifications

Previous experience or administrative experience from working in a clinic environment prefferred
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with Pabau or similar clinic software is advantage
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Experience with first aid or firemarshall duties

This role offers an engaging luxury clinic environment for individuals eager to enhance their administrative capabilities while providing outstanding service to clients and visitors.

Pay: £29,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
