Vertu Accident Repair Centre Sunderland

Here at Vertu Accident Repair Centre Sunderland we are hiring for Bodyshop Advisor. This is a full time, permanent role. We are offering a basic salary of £28,724 per year.

You will be required to meet and greet all customers on arrival to the Accident Repair Centre and ensure that they recieve great customer service as well as answering telephone calls from customers and colleagues, directing calls to appropriate extensions.

You will also be required to replenish stocks of brochures/ tea and coffee facilities etc. and cover the reception phones, calling customers with progress updates on their vehicles. There is also a requirement for you to capture and record customer details on the appropriate systems.

You will be an enthusiastic and flexible individual with a keen eye for detail, be exceptionally organised and have great dedication to customer service with excellent communication skills.
