Lead Coordinator

The role:

What You’ll Be Doing?

Act as the first point of contact for all company leads — both inbound and outbound
Handle client calls and promptly book appointments with the advisory team
Use mortgage research tools to assess lead viability before booking
Oversee the online lead booking system and produce actionable management data on lead sources and volumes
Conduct effective screening to identify high-potential enquiries
Proactively drive improvements in lead booking conversion rates
Coordinate adviser diaries to support appointment targets and workflow efficiency
Deliver exceptional service to internal teams and prospective clients
