Full job description

The Role

The successful candidate will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload including:

Freehold and Leasehold Sales & Purchases
Transfers of Equity
Re-mortgages
New Build Transactions
Shared Ownership Matters
Help to Buy matters
General Residential Property Transactions

The role offers autonomy, strong operational support and the opportunity to work within a collaborative and growing team environment.

This position would suit:

an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner;
Licensed Conveyancer;
Legal Executive; or
Solicitor with residential conveyancing experience.

Responsibilities

Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
Maintaining regular communication with clients, agents, brokers and third parties
Delivering high levels of client care and service
Ensuring files are progressed efficiently and proactively
Supporting business development and maintaining introducer relationships
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm
Ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional obligations

About You

We are seeking an individual who:

Has experience managing their own residential conveyancing caseload
Demonstrates strong organisational and communication skills
Is client-focused and commercially aware
Works proactively and efficiently
Enjoys working within a collaborative team environment
Takes pride in delivering a high standard of client care

Candidates with existing introducer relationships or local market connections would be viewed favourably, though this is not essential.
