Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Sales Consultant to join our expanding sales team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about building client relationships and driving business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions to foster long-term partnerships. A strong focus on customer service, excellent communication skills, and organisational ability are essential for success in this role.

Duties

Engage with prospective clients through various channels to generate new business opportunities.
Conduct B2C sales meetings, presenting products and services effectively to meet client needs.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals in alignment with company objectives.
Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and sales activities using IT systems.
Manage a pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-up and nurturing of prospects.
Collaborate with the wider sales team to develop strategies for market expansion.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally.
Organise appointments and manage time efficiently to maximise productivity.

Requirements

Proven experience or strong interest in B2C sales, customer service, or related fields.
Proficient IT skills, including familiarity with CRM software and MS Office suite.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Good time management skills to meet deadlines and optimise daily schedules.

Pay: £18,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
