We currently have four shops located in Peacehaven, Seaford, Hailsham and Eastbourne and currently have a position for a part time consultant for our Eastbourne Shop

If you have previous experience in a Travel Agency and have a true passion for travel, hitting targets, as well as providing excellent customer service, this would be a great opportunity to join us as a Retail Travel Consultant.

What you will be doing:

As a Retail Travel Consultant you will create unforgettable holidays for all of our customers with your personality, professionalism and personalised service. You will understand our customers and adapt your style using information provided, whilst using modern technology to help make recommendations and sell suitable products and services.

You will inspire your colleagues whilst sharing a great amount of fun, as well as be driven to hit targets and stand out from competitors, always going that extra mile.

In addition, you will be selling a range of holidays including, Cruise, UK breaks and a whole range of package and bespoke breaks across the globe. Finally, you will be guided to comply with the procedures, upkeep and responsibilities of operating your local shop.

What we are looking for?

· Willing to engage and collaborate at all times with customers and colleagues

· Excellent telephone manner with strong verbal communication skills

Position – Part Time Travel Consultant

Working Hours – TBA

Location - Eastbourne

Opening Hours - 6 days a week, Monday – Saturday, 09:30 - 16.30

Expected start date: TBA

Part-time hours: 3 days per week

Salary: Up to £26,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

Bonus scheme

Retail Travel: 1 year Minimum
