Food & Beverage Team Member

Join Our Team

Lea Marston Hotel is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Food & Beverage Team Members to join our friendly hospitality team.

Whether you're serving in our restaurant, bar, or conference and events spaces, you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. If you're passionate about hospitality, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and love delivering exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
Serve food and drinks efficiently across our restaurant, bar, and conference & event facilities.
Prepare service areas and ensure all mise en place is completed before service.
Set up, clear, and reset tables to the hotel's standards.
Provide attentive table service and respond to guest requests promptly.
Maintain excellent knowledge of menus, drinks, and promotions.
Maximise sales through upselling food, desserts, and beverages.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout your shift.
Handle equipment safely and follow company procedures.
Comply with food safety, health & safety, licensing, and security policies.
Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
Attend training sessions and continually develop your skills.

What We're Looking For

A positive, friendly, and approachable personality.
Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not essential—we'll provide full training.
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Flexible approach to working evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
Smart appearance and professional attitude.
