Job Summary:

Protecto Security Services Ltd is seeking a Security Operations Supervisor to oversee daily security operations and support the delivery of professional security services across client sites. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and dependable professional who enjoys leading teams, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring safe and secure environments. You'll play a key role in coordinating operations, supporting staff, and delivering exceptional client service.

What you'll do:

Supervise daily security operations across assigned sites and contracts.
Coordinate security personnel, shift schedules, and operational activities.
Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
Conduct site inspections, security checks, and operational audits.
Respond to incidents, investigate reports, and support incident resolution.
Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation.
Liaise with clients, site management, and internal teams to ensure effective communication.
Support the training, onboarding, and development of security staff.
Promote compliance with health and safety procedures and security standards.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service quality.

Requirements:

Experience in security services, operations, facilities management, customer service, or a related field.
Previous supervisory or team coordination experience is beneficial but not essential.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Good problem-solving and customer service skills.
Familiarity with security procedures, incident reporting, or access control systems is advantageous.
Relevant qualifications or equivalent practical experience are welcomed.
Flexible approach to working hours when required.
