About the Role
This is a varied and rewarding position, offering a mix of responsibilities including:
- Helpdesk support (remote and on-site)
- New equipment configuration
- On-site installations at client offices
- Project work across a wide range of technologies
What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) support desk role
- Strong technical problem-solving abilities and customer service focus
- Proficiency in:
- Windows 10 & 11
- Windows Server and Azure Infrastructure
- Microsoft 365 (including Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Experienced in Networking fundamentals (switches, firewalls, TCP/IP, LAN, WAN)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Based in or near Leeds, with easy access to client sites
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check
The Ideal Candidate Will Be:
- Technically hands-on, with a broad and current IT knowledge base
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and within a team
- Comfortable managing both day-to-day support and project-based work
- A strategic thinker with a practical mindset
- Passionate about technology and its role in education and business
- Open to occasional out-of-hours work when required

Office based Monday - Thursday. Work from Home on Friday
