The Challenge

As a customer service and invoicing clerk, your key responsibilities will include:

Invoicing: Generate and issue invoices for vehicle repairs, parts, and service transactions, ensuring all details are accurate and comply with dealership policies.
Carrying out regular WIP checks to ensure all completed jobs are invoiced promptly and nothing is left unbilled.
Customer Communication: Address customer inquiries regarding invoice issues, providing clear and professional explanations.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, service, and parts departments to ensure seamless invoicing processes.
Invoice Queries: Handle and resolve internal and external queries regarding invoicing promptly and professionally, liaising with relevant departments to investigate and rectify issues.
Warranty and Contract invoicing: Process and review warranty and contract claims. Managing warranty and contract claim rejections, ensuring timely resubmission or escalation as required.
Warranty Assistance: Support the Warranty and Contracts Manager with queries and documentation while adhering to warranty and contract procedures.

The Day to Day:

Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 17:15
Office based only

Exceptional Communication Skills: You’ll be talking to customers regularly, so being friendly, approachable, and clear is key.
Attention to Detail: You’ll be handling important invoices and customer data, so accuracy is vital.
Computer Skills: A good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook applications and solid computer literacy skills.
Team Player: RH Commercial Vehicles thrives on collaboration. You’ll work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Experience in Invoicing: Previous experience in a similar role, but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude.
