Cartwrights Paint Spraying – East Midlands (Mobile Role)

Cartwrights Paint Spraying is expanding and we’re looking for an experienced Mobile SMART Repair Technician / Paint Sprayer to join our busy team covering the East Midlands.

This is a mobile role with excellent earning potential, steady workflow and uncapped bonuses for high performers.

Salary & Benefits:

Basic salary approx £36,000 per year

OTE £50,000+ (uncapped bonus)

Mercedes van fully provided

Additional weekend work available

Long-term, secure position with growing company

Your Role Will Include:

Mobile vehicle bodywork repairs

Dent removal and SMART repair work

Scratch repairs and paint blending

Bumper corner repairs

Alloy wheel refurbishment

Full machine polishing and paint correction

Completing work efficiently to a high professional standard

Essential Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in SMART repair / paint spraying

Ability to deliver consistently high-quality finishes

Full UK driving licence

Good time management and pride in your work

Qualifications:

Industry qualifications preferred but not essential for experienced technicians.

Trial & Probation:

4 week paid trial period

6 month probation thereafter

Location:

Mobile role based in the East Midlands, covering surrounding areas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £34,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
