Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Part-time Duty Manager, where you’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring smooth daily operations. This energetic role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop leadership skills, manage a vibrant environment, and contribute to creating memorable moments for visitors. As a Duty Manager, you’ll oversee the team, uphold high standards of service, and handle operational challenges with confidence and enthusiasm.

Duties

Lead daily operations by supervising the team and coordinating guest services to ensure seamless experiences
Act as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and enhancing overall satisfaction
Manage shifts, delegate tasks efficiently, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service
Oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Handle emergency situations or unforeseen incidents swiftly, maintaining calm and control while communicating effectively with relevant teams
Conduct regular inspections of the premises to uphold cleanliness, safety standards, and operational readiness
Support training initiatives by mentoring new team members and promoting a positive work environment

Requirements

Proven management experience in hospitality or customer service environments with a focus on guest satisfaction
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team effectively
Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests, staff, and management
Knowledge of hospitality operations, including safety procedures and service standards
Flexibility to work part-time hours across various shifts, including evenings and weekends
Ability to remain energetic, proactive, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced setting
