Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Mixologist to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will craft innovative and classic cocktails, deliver exceptional service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Your enthusiasm for mixology, combined with your hospitality skills, will help foster a lively and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks, with precision and flair
Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
Verify guest identification to ensure responsible serving of alcohol
Manage multiple drink orders efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
Keep track of inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
Follow all health, safety, and food safety regulations diligently to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff

Experience

Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar environment is preferred
Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and customer service excellence
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients accurately
Familiarity with serving techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage presentation
Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods smoothly
Understanding of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
