What You'll Earn
During Your 18-Month Academy
- £25,774 basic salary
- £4,000-£8,000 commission
- Year 1 OTE: £29,000-£34,000
Once Qualified (Year 1)
- £30,000 basic salary
- Performance bonus
- OTE £45,000+
As a Fully Competent Mortgage Adviser
- £35,000 basic salary
- Realistic OTE £75,000+
- Top performers earn significantly more.

What You'll Be Doing:
You'll help customers who have already asked for mortgage advice.
You'll learn how to:
- Build trust and lasting customer relationships
- Understand customers' financial needs
- Guide people through one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives
- Develop expert mortgage knowledge
- Become a high-performing Mortgage Adviser
Our specialist teams handle much of the administration, allowing you to focus on delivering a brilliant customer experience.

Working Hours
During Training
- Two days: 9:00am-6:00pm
- Two days: 11:00am-8:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm
- One weekend per month
Once Qualified
The same weekday shift pattern continues.
