Duties

Greet and assist customers both in person and via telephone, ensuring a positive experience
Support the sales team by preparing quotations, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records
Engage in negotiation with clients to secure favourable terms and close sales effectively
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services
Utilise IT systems to manage customer data, sales pipelines, and reporting tasks
Drive company vehicles as required for client meetings or product demonstrations
Organise appointments and manage schedules to optimise client engagement activities
Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries promptly and professionally

Experience

Previous experience in B2B sales or customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade effectively
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Proficiency in IT applications such as MS Office suite and CRM systems
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently and prioritise tasks effectively
Valid driving licence is desirable for roles involving driving responsibilities
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
