Full job description

Job Summary

We are looking for skilled Carpenters and Plasterers to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for reliable, detail‑focused tradespeople who take pride in high‑quality workmanship and enjoy working on a variety of domestic and commercial projects.

Carpenter Responsibilities

First‑fix and second‑fix carpentry
Installing doors, frames, skirting, architrave and flooring
Building and fitting bespoke units, shelving or storage
Stud wall construction and general timber work
Reading and working from technical drawings
Ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards
Working independently or as part of a team

Carpenter Requirements

Proven experience as a carpenter
Strong knowledge of tools, materials and carpentry techniques
Ability to measure, cut and install with accuracy
Good problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
Own tools and transport preferred
CSCS card beneficial but not essential

Plasterer Responsibilities

Skimming walls and ceilings to a smooth finish
Applying bonding, hardwall, render or multi‑finish as required
Preparing surfaces, including patching and repair work
Plasterboarding and jointing
Maintaining clean, tidy work areas
Ensuring all work is completed to a high professional standard

Plasterer Requirements

Proven experience in plastering
Strong finishing skills with consistent, high‑quality results
Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
Knowledge of different plastering materials and techniques
Own tools and transport preferred
CSCS card beneficial but not essential
