**STRICTLY NO AGENCIES**

Part-Time (20 hours per week) | Monday-Friday | Hybrid | Permanent

Looking for a customer service role that's more than just answering phones?

At Something Different Wholesale, we're looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Service Advisor to join our growing team.

This is a varied role where you'll support customers across phone, email and live chat, helping to resolve queries, provide product information and ensure a first-class customer experience.

Unlike a traditional call centre environment, you'll work closely with different teams across the business and play an important part in helping our customers and company succeed.

What you'll be doing:

Speaking with customers via phone, email and live chat
Resolving customer queries and providing solutions
Processing orders and payments
Researching products and stock availability
Working with internal departments to resolve issues
Maintaining accurate customer records
Providing general administrative support where required

Have previous customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
