About you:

2 years (minimum) of experience in IT support is required for this role;
Familiarity with hardware components including laptops, desktops, servers, storage devices, and network devices;
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
Ability to travel to client sites as needed (via company Uber account).

About the role:

As part of our award-winning support desk team, you’ll provide awesome first and second-line tech support to our incredible customers;
Support hardware equipment including laptops, desktops, servers, storage devices, and network devices;
Support a vast array of software across many industries;
Handle on-site visits for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs;
Escalate issues to Senior Technicians or vendors when necessary;
Maintain knowledge of the latest hardware and software trends and technologies.

Customer confidence; we communicate with our clients in person and on the phone;
Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently, with the ability to provide advice to non-technically minded customers;
Work collaboratively;
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests;
Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.
