Job Title: HR Assistant

Location: Swansea, South Wales

Reporting to: Group HR Manager

Hours: Part Time

Introduction

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time HR Assistant to support our HR team and help streamline our human resources operations.

Job Description:

The Part-Time HR Assistant will provide essential administrative support to the HR department, assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management, and contribute to maintaining a compliant and efficient HR function.

Responsibilities:

· Assist with recruitment activities, including advertising vacancies, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews

· Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and databases

· Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees

· Help organise training sessions and employee engagement initiatives

· Respond to employee queries related to HR policies and procedures

· Prepare HR reports, documentation, and correspondence

· Support benefits administration and payroll processes as required

· Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and company policies

Qualifications:

· GCSEs or equivalent; studying or interested in Human Resources, Business, or related field is desirable

· Excellent organisational and administrative skills

· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

· Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Prior experience in HR or administrative roles is advantageous but not essential

· Holds a full UK driving licence

· DBS check is required for this role
