Summary

We are seeking a Clinic Coordinator to join Medipod Clinics in Hinckley. This vital role involves managing clinic operations at our location ensuring smooth daily functions and delivering excellent patient care. Join us and be part of a team that values growth, support, and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily clinic operations to ensure efficient workflow.
Manage patient appointments and inquiries with professionalism.
Support clinical staff with administrative tasks.
Maintain accurate records using our online patient management system.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Assist in organizing staff training and development activities.
Foster a welcoming environment for patients and staff alike.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the clinic

Qualifications

Proven experience with office administration or similar roles.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
