Full job description

Our Leicester Office is seeking a professional, organised and proactive Sales Negotiator to join our busy and growing estate agency team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-focused, customer service driven and able to support the sales team in delivering a smooth and efficient property sales process.

We pride ourselves on offering a competitive and comprehensive service to our clients and require someone who can provide excellent administrative support while maintaining a high standard of professionalism. We offer a supportive and friendly working environment, along with in-house training.

Main Responsibilities Include:

Providing full administrative support to the sales team
Preparing property details, sales brochures and marketing materials
Managing enquiries via phone, email and in-person, ensuring prompt follow-up
Updating and maintaining property listings on internal systems and online portals
Liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors and mortgage brokers to progress sales through to completion
Booking and coordinating property viewings and valuations
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company standards
Delivering a high level of customer service at all times

Key Skills Required:

Previous experience in property sales or administration (estate agency experience desirable)
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Confident in dealing with clients and third parties professionally
Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Positive, proactive, and adaptable approach

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
Every other Saturday (10:00am – 1:00pm)

Experience:

Property sales or administration: 1 year (preferred)
