As we continue to grow our organisation in 2026, we are expanding our Property & Real Estate capability to support an evolving estate and operational footprint. Data plays a critical role in enabling effective asset management, operational performance and strategic decision-making across our portfolio.

In this context, we’re looking for a Data Officer (Asset Management) to support the management, quality and analysis of property and asset data across our estate. You’ll work closely with Asset Management, Facilities, Digital, Finance and Project teams to ensure data is accurate, structured and translated into meaningful insight.

Reporting into the Facilities Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving data-led decision making, supporting asset lifecycle management, operational performance and long-term estate planning.

We’ll need you to:

Support the collection, validation and maintenance of property and asset data in line with Asset Information Requirements (AIR).
Maintain accurate, structured datasets across enterprise systems including asset registers and IWMS / CAFM platforms.
Manage lease, tenure and transaction data, ensuring key dates and obligations are captured and kept up to date.
Support the transition of project data into operational systems, ensuring asset data is complete and reliable.
Assist with the management of cost and budget data across property and facilities activity.
Capture and report on energy, environmental and sustainability data.
Analyse asset, property and operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
Produce regular and ad hoc reports and dashboards covering asset lifecycle, utilisation, compliance and cost performance.
Translate data into clear, actionable insight for non-technical stakeholders.
Support BIM and asset information management, including structured non-graphical data and project handover.
Provide analytical input to estate planning, business cases and investment decisions.
Carry out data validation, quality checks and audit preparation.
Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting and the use of digital tools.

You’ll bring:

Experience analysing data and producing accurate, reliable reports and dashboards.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and validate complex datasets.
Ability to communicate data insights clearly to a wide range of stakeholders.
Understanding of asset management principles and how data supports asset lifecycle decision-making.
Awareness of BIM and information management standards (e.g. ISO 19650, AIR, COBie).
A proactive mindset with the ability to challenge and improve existing processes.
Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across multiple functions.
A continuous improvement approach and interest in data governance and digital tools.

This role is flexible, with hybrid working available. We support a range of working patterns and encourage collaboration across our UK locations.

What’s In It for You?

The salary for this role is £44,625 – £55,125, dependent on the skills, experience and value you bring.
