Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to managing office functions. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a professional environment where efficiency and organisation are valued. The Office Manager will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, supporting staff, and ensuring the smooth running of the office.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling appointments and meetings
Oversee administrative support functions such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
Handle correspondence via phone, email, and other communication channels with professionalism and courtesy
Maintain organisational systems using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
Support onboarding of new staff members and organise training sessions
Ensure the office environment remains tidy, safe, and welcoming for all staff and visitors
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure operational efficiency

Experience

Proven office experience or administrative background is essential
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Previous clerical experience or familiarity with data entry processes is advantageous

This position requires a motivated individual capable of maintaining high standards of organisation whilst providing exceptional support to the team. The successful candidate will thrive in a professional setting where attention to detail and proactive problem-solving are highly valued.

Pay: £24,420.00-£40,000.00 per year
