Full job description

Location: Hybrid (home and office based in Westbury)
Hours: 20 hours per week
Rate of Pay: £13.70 per hour
Reporting to: HSEQ Manager
Role Type: Part-time

HW Facilities is looking for an organised and proactive Sustainability & Compliance Coordinator to support our sustainability, compliance and HSEQ activities.

This part-time role will involve maintaining records, gathering evidence, supporting reporting, coordinating actions and assisting with general administration across sustainability, training, subcontractor vetting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Support ESG, Environmental Practice, carbon footprint and social value activities.
Maintain action plans, trackers, evidence files and compliance records.
Assist with reporting, data collection and document management.
Support subcontractor vetting and training record administration.
Prepare meeting notes, presentations, follow-up actions and support improvement projects.
Use digital systems and approved AI tools to support admin and reporting.

About You:

We’re looking for someone who is organised, reliable and detail-oriented, with good communication skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and digital systems. An interest in sustainability, compliance, HSEQ or continuous improvement is important. Experience in administration, coordination, audits, facilities management or subcontractor documentation would be useful, but training and support will be provided.
